- Coast Foundation, a non-governmental organisation, is hiring 350 Loan and Development Officers on a full-time basis. The recruitment will be conducted through a walk-in interview on 31 October, and interested candidates are to take part in person on that date. Applicants must be between 22 and 30 years of age as of 31 October 2026, and must have passed at least the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination; a third division or class, or an equivalent result below GPA 2.5, in any examination is not acceptable.
- The first three months of the engagement will be an apprenticeship period with a monthly salary of BDT 20,000. From the fourth month, candidates who have passed HSC will receive BDT 27,950 per month, while holders of a bachelor's or master's degree will receive BDT 29,347 per month. Six months after joining, the position may be made permanent on the basis of a performance evaluation.
- Selected candidates are required to join their duties with a motorcycle, and female employees must arrange a motorcycle within three months of joining. This is an opportunity to work in the loan and development activities of an established non-governmental organisation at a substantial scale of recruitment.

- শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতান্যূনতম এইচএসসি পাস। কোনো পরীক্ষায় তৃতীয় বিভাগ বা শ্রেণি কিংবা সমমানের ফলাফল (জিপিএ ২.৫-এর নিচে) গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।বেতন ও অন্যান্য সুযোগ-সুবিধাপ্রথম তিন মাস শিক্ষানবিশকাল হিসেবে মাসে ২০ হাজার টাকা বেতন দেওয়া হবে। চতুর্থ মাস থেকে এইচএসসি পাস প্রার্থীরা মাসে ২৭ হাজার ৯৫০ টাকা এবং স্নাতক ও স্নাতকোত্তর ডিগ্রিধারীরা ২৯ হাজার ৩৪৭ টাকা বেতন পাবেন। যোগদানের ছয় মাস পর মূল্যায়নের ভিত্তিতে চাকরি স্থায়ী করা হতে পারে।শর্তগুলোনিয়োগপ্রাপ্তদের মোটরসাইকেল নিয়ে কাজে যোগ দিতে হবে। নারী কর্মীদের যোগদানের তিন মাসের মধ্যে মোটরসাইকেল কিনতে হবে। মোটরসাইকেল ব্যবহার করে মাঠপর্যায়ে কাজ করলে জ্বালানি ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ বাবদ মাসে দুই হাজার টাকা ভাতা দেওয়া হবে।
- কর্মস্থলভোলা, বরিশাল, নোয়াখালী, কুমিল্লা, চট্টগ্রাম, কক্সবাজার, ফেনী, লক্ষ্মীপুর, পটুয়াখালী, ঝালকাঠি ও পিরোজপুর জেলার বিভিন্ন জেলা সদর, উপজেলা ও ইউনিয়ন পর্যায়ে।সাক্ষাৎকারের তারিখ ও সময়সাক্ষাৎকার অনুষ্ঠিত হবে ৩১ অক্টোবর ২০২৬ সকাল ১০টায়। প্রার্থীদের নির্ধারিত কেন্দ্রে সরাসরি উপস্থিত হতে হবে।সাক্ষাৎকারের স্থানভোলা, বরিশাল, নোয়াখালী, কুমিল্লা, চট্টগ্রাম ও কক্সবাজারে কোস্ট ফাউন্ডেশনের সংশ্লিষ্ট কেন্দ্রে সাক্ষাৎকার নেওয়া হবে।
