At least 20 years of combined experience in university teaching, research, academic administration, and institutional management.
Significant experience as a Professor is required.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience as Vice-Chancellor, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Dean of a faculty/school, or equivalent senior academic leadership in a private university.

বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে শিক্ষকতা, গবেষণা, একাডেমিক প্রশাসন ও প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক ব্যবস্থাপনায় সম্মিলিতভাবে অন্তত ২০ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। এর মধ্যে অধ্যাপক হিসেবে উল্লেখযোগ্য অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।বেসরকারি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে উপাচার্য, সহ–উপাচার্য, অনুষদ বা স্কুলের ডিন কিংবা সমপর্যায়ের জ্যেষ্ঠ একাডেমিক নেতৃত্বের পদে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।বেতন—বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী।
