Key Responsibilities: • Conduct regular site visits to supervise workmanship quality, resolve technical issues, and ensure execution complies with approved designs and quality standards. • Prepare, review, and validate detailed architectural, finishing, working, and coordination drawings for building exteriors, ground floors, lobbies, and rooftops. • Develop high-quality 3D conceptual models, visualizations, and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts to management and clients. • Design building facades to establish a strong architectural identity and contribute to landscape and plantation design with a focus on aesthetics and sustainability. • Prepare architectural plans and designs independently for building construction. • Prepare and review architectural plans, specifications, elevations, and interior details. • Coordinate with relevant teams to identify and resolve design-related issues effectively. • Develop and conceptualize architectural layouts and design solutions for residential projects. • Monitor site execution to ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and relevant project documents.
