Responsibilities & Context

Provide quick support to customers via Facebook Page, WhatsApp, and other channels. • Contact interested customers by phone to provide detailed information about products and services. • Manage order confirmation and follow-up. • Record and update daily call reports, customer data, and order sheets in Google Sheets. • Assist the sales team in sales activities.
