Responsibilities & Context

CARSA Foundation, a private development organization certified by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) (certificate no. 01834-00654-00010), is recruiting staff for its loan program in remote areas of Barishal, Pirojpur, Jhalakathi, Bhola, Dhaka, Munshiganj, and Manikganj districts, funded by Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF). The position is full-time and based at the office. Responsibilities include implementing microcredit activities in the assigned areas, ensuring field-level operations, and reporting to the main office. Candidates must be willing to work in any branch within the organization's working areas and must bring their own motorcycle or bicycle with valid ownership and driving license upon joining.
