Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dynamic Executive - Marketing and Sales to join our team at Dream Life Travels. In this role, you will be responsible for finding new clients and promoting our Travel & Tourism services. Your duties will include increasing sales for Visa Processing, Air Ticketing, Tour Packages, Hotel Booking, Travel Insurance, and other travel services. You will regularly communicate with potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other channels. You will understand clients' travel requirements and advise them on suitable visas, tickets, and tour packages. You will collect new leads and follow up regularly to ensure sales conversion. You will maintain professional relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business. You will inform clients about pricing, offers, and promotional campaigns for visas and tour packages. You will conduct marketing and lead generation through Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms. You will manage promotional campaigns, offers, and marketing activities for the company. You will build business relationships with corporate clients, individual clients, and travel partners. You will handle client queries, objections, and complaints professionally and provide quick solutions. You will regularly update and report daily client calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales information. You will plan and work effectively to achieve monthly sales targets. You will stay informed about competitors' services, pricing, and market trends and provide market feedback to management. You will assist in creating attractive sales presentations and promotional content for tour packages, visas, and ticketing services. You should have basic knowledge of graphics design and be able to use Canva/Photoshop to create social media posts, banners, and promotional materials. You will participate in client meetings, travel fairs, promotional events, and other marketing activities. You will coordinate with the sales team and visa/ticketing team to ensure client service. You will conduct all marketing and sales activities while maintaining the company's brand image and professional standards.
