Responsibilities & Context

Oversee cutting operations in a 100% export-oriented knit and oven factory. • Implement technical SOPs and ensure adherence to buyer requirements. • Optimize manpower and machine utilization to reduce fabric wastage. • Monitor and improve production processes using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and KPI tracking. • Ensure compliance with factory and buyer standards, including health and safety. • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance operational efficiency. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
