Age at most 35 years. - Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. - Required area: Real Estate Marketing, Sales / Marketing. - Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken. - Good leadership quality with market knowledge. - Positive attitude towards team members. - Ability to demonstrate a systematic and common sense approach to the role. - Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM software, and digital marketing tools. - Preference: Candidates with experience in the Bashundhara and Jolshiri Real Estate markets will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context

Jams Group, an ISO 9001:2015 certified conglomerate with interests in real estate, properties, automobile, trading, import, construction, and design & interior, is seeking a qualified, dynamic, and dedicated professional for its growing team. The role is based at the Head Office or Site Office as applicable. Key responsibilities include: - Working with a professional sales team to achieve set targets. - Identifying and developing new client relationships while maintaining strong ties with existing clients. - Handling client inquiries effectively and ensuring satisfaction in line with organizational service policies. - Providing project information and support to clients over the telephone. - Maintaining regular follow-up with clients and keeping detailed records in the system. - Conducting direct prospect visits outside the office. - Accompanying clients on project site visits to address queries and ensure satisfaction. - Managing site office duties and actively seeking outdoor prospects. - Handling post-sales formalities including application form review, payment schedule preparation, deed of agreement drafting, and client signing. - Contributing ideas to improve sales strategies with the team leader and colleagues. - Performing any other tasks assigned by management.
