Responsibilities & Context

Monitor day-to-day software operations including DSE and back office for both subsidiaries. • Resolve hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, UPS, OS) promptly. • Configure DSE network connectivity and provide trading support for Bangladesh Finance Securities and branches. • Assist in specifying and procuring hardware and software from vendors. • Support DSE mobile app users and ensure smooth operation of DSE Terminal (CAT & CCD). • Coordinate with internal users and team leaders. • Handle IT procurement. • Maintain printer server and CCTV systems.
