Responsibilities & Context

Prepare and process visa files for various countries including tourist, business, medical, and work visas. • Collect, verify, and organize required visa documents from clients. • Fill out visa application forms and prepare files according to checklists. • Stay updated on visa requirements and updates from embassies, VFS, visa centers, and relevant authorities. • Identify and correct errors in visa files, ensuring professional presentation. • Coordinate and prepare for visa appointments, biometrics, interviews, and submissions. • Follow up on visa application status and provide regular updates to clients. • Maintain records of visa approvals, rejections, and additional document requirements. • Handle air ticket booking, reservation, reissue, cancellation, and itinerary preparation. • Maintain knowledge of airline fares, schedules, and routing. • Prepare flight itineraries, hotel bookings, cover letters, travel plans, and invitation letters for visa applications. • Use Photoshop, Canva, or similar graphics software for basic graphic design and document editing. • Format visa files, cover letters, itineraries, and other documents professionally. • Create basic posters, banners, and promotional graphics for the company's social media. • Maintain confidentiality of client documents and store files properly. • Keep daily records and reports of visa applications, ticketing, and client follow-ups. • Coordinate with team members to complete client work within deadlines. • Maintain professional communication with clients and ensure excellent customer service. • Follow company rules and regulations and perform visa and ticketing duties responsibly.
