Responsibilities & Context

Nayreet Architects is a multidisciplinary professional firm engaged in Architectural Consultancy, Project Management, Building Construction, Interior Design & Construction and Real Estate Development. We are looking for a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Associate Architect / Design Coordinator & 3D Visualizer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural design and documentation skills, excellent 3D modeling and visualization capabilities, and the ability to coordinate design development from concept through detailed design and presentation. The candidate should be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with management, clients, consultants, and project teams. Position Summary: The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the design development, coordination, documentation, and presentation of architectural and interior design projects. The role will involve preparing design concepts, architectural drawings, detailed drawings, 3D models, realistic visualizations, presentation materials, and coordinating design information with clients, consultants, contractors and site teams. The candidate will also be expected to maintain design quality, meet project deadlines, and ensure that approved design concepts are properly translated into drawings, visualizations and project documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements, design briefs, and client expectations. - Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, details and working drawings using AutoCAD. - Develop accurate 3D models and high-quality, photorealistic architectural visualizations. - Prepare interior and exterior renderings for client presentations and project approvals. - Assist in space planning, design development, material selection and design detailing. - Coordinate architectural and interior design information among the design team, consultants, project teams and site personnel. - Review and revise drawings, 3D models and presentation materials based on feedback from management, clients and project teams. - Ensure consistency and coordination between architectural drawings, 3D models, renderings and approved design concepts. - Prepare presentation boards, concept sheets, mood boards, material boards and other client presentation materials. - Assist in preparing approval drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings as required. - Coordinate with structural, MEP, lighting and other relevant consultants where necessary. - Participate in site visits and assist in resolving design-related issues during project implementation. - Maintain proper organization and documentation of drawings, 3D models, renders, and other project files. - Manage multiple assignments and meet project deadlines without compromising design quality. - Perform other design and coordination responsibilities as assigned by management.
