Responsibilities & Context

The Role You will identify and develop relationships and opportunities capable of creating significant long-term value for Estavin. This is not a conventional sales position. What You’ll Do • Identify high-value business, investment and development opportunities. • Develop relationships with landowners, investors, corporations, financial • institutions, suppliers and strategic partners. • Source potential real estate and joint-venture opportunities. • Evaluate new markets, partnerships and commercial opportunities. • Prepare strategic proposals, presentations and business cases. • Participate in major commercial negotiations. • Develop institutional and international relationships. • Build and maintain a disciplined opportunity pipeline. • Support strategic initiatives directly with senior leadership. • Represent Estavin in high-level external meetings. • Convert strategic relationships into measurable business outcomes.
