Responsibilities & Context

CARSA Foundation, a private development organization funded by Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) and licensed by Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA), is recruiting Branch Managers for its loan program in remote areas of Barishal, Pirojpur, Jhalakathi, Bhola, Dhaka, Munshiganj, and Manikganj districts. Responsibilities include managing branch operations, overseeing loan disbursement and recovery, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and achieving branch targets. The role requires working at the office and traveling within the operational area. The selected candidate must be willing to work in any branch within the organization's working areas and must join with a valid motorcycle and driving license.
