Responsibilities & Context

Conduct cybersecurity assessments and manage risks. • Handle incident response and security operations. • Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems. • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and business applications. • Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and system-related issues to minimize downtime. • Assist in implementing cybersecurity controls and IT security best practices. • Support user account administration and access management activities. • Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation. • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required.
