Responsibilities & Context

Emam Foods & Consumer Product Limited, a trusted and growing FMCG manufacturer and marketer in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth and manage marketing activities in the field. Our portfolio includes 52 high-quality products such as Imami Vinegar, Imami Testing Salt, Dry Chili, Chili Powder, and Baking Powder. Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets for all 52 products including vinegar, testing salt, dry chili, chili powder, and baking powder. - Visit retail shops, wholesale outlets, and super shops on assigned routes daily to collect orders for new products. - Develop new markets and distributors by building business relationships with new shopkeepers and dealers, and create new sales channels. - Ensure proper visibility and display of all 52 products in stores. - Collect timely payments and outstanding dues from sold products and deposit them into the company account. - Monitor competitor activities including pricing, offers, and customer feedback, and report to the supervisor. - Submit daily sales, visit, and collection reports to the supervisor. - Maintain good relationships with existing customers and promptly resolve any issues or queries.
