Job Description: • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Medical Services Department. • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services. • Coordinate with consultants, medical officers, nursing services, and other departments to maintain smooth clinical operations. • Develop, implement, and monitor hospital clinical policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Monitor quality indicators and conduct clinical audits to improve patient safety and healthcare outcomes. • Ensure compliance with national healthcare regulations, hospital accreditation standards, and internal policies. • Lead and coordinate infection prevention, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives. • Investigate clinical incidents, patient complaints, and recommend corrective actions. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on medical service performance for management. • Organize medical training, CMEs, workshops, and clinical orientation programs. • Coordinate with regulatory authorities and support accreditation processes. • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
