Responsibilities & Context

Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, and selecting suitable applicants. • Recruit employees for night-shift BPO, call center, sales, customer support, and back-office positions. • Post and manage vacancies on Bdjobs, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other recruitment platforms. • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates. • Coordinate and conduct HR interviews, and assist management with final candidate selection. • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and personnel files. • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, joining documents, and other HR-related paperwork. • Coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs. • Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, performance, and workplace discipline. • Handle employee concerns, grievances, and day-to-day HR issues professionally. • Coordinate with team leaders and management regarding employee performance, staffing requirements, and manpower planning. • Maintain accurate HR reports, recruitment trackers, attendance records, and employee databases. • Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive workplace environment. • Ensure company HR policies and procedures are properly communicated and followed. • Assist management with performance evaluations, disciplinary procedures, and employee retention initiatives. • Support other HR and administrative activities as assigned by management.
