Responsibilities & Context

Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection for plant manpower. • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with policies and legal requirements. • Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee database updates. • Support payroll preparation and HR administrative tasks. • Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives. • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues. • Ensure proper documentation and preparation for internal and external compliance audits. • Prepare HR reports, letters, certificates, and other documents. • Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth HR and administrative operations. • Ensure compliance with EPZ labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
