Responsibilities & Context

Oversee and manage all e-commerce store operations. • Ensure smooth daily order processing, packing, dispatch, and delivery activities. • Maintain regular communication and coordination with courier companies and delivery partners. • Monitor pending, delivered, returned, and cancelled orders on a regular basis. • Properly manage courier returns and customer returns. • Supervise stock and inventory management of the store/warehouse. • Allocate tasks to store and courier teams, supervise, and monitor performance. • Prepare daily and weekly reports on orders, deliveries, returns, and courier-related matters. • Take necessary steps to increase delivery success rate and reduce return rate. • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
