Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dynamic Showroom Sales Executive to join our team at OrenMart Uttora Showroom. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and expert guidance. Your key responsibilities will include: • Greeting customers warmly and making them feel valued. • Suggesting the right products based on customer needs. • Presenting product demonstrations and features effectively. • Actively working to achieve sales targets. • Increasing sales through upselling and cross-selling. • Handling billing and order processing using the POS system. • Keeping the showroom display organized and clean. • Assisting the manager with stock management. • Communicating with customers for follow-ups. • Adhering to company policies and customer service standards.
