Context: উক্ত নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি শুধুমাত্র ফার্মেসী সেলসম্যান পদের জন্য প্রযোজ্য। অনুগ্রহ করে আবেদন করার পূর্বে বিজ্ঞপ্তিটি ভালোভাবে পড়ে উল্লেখিত বেতন কাঠামো ও অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পর্কিত শর্তাবলী সম্পর্কে নিশ্চিত হয়ে আবেদন করুন। Job Responsibilities: • ফার্মেসিতে আগত কাস্টমার/রোগীকে প্রেসক্রিপশন অনুযায়ী সঠিক ওষুধ প্রদান করা এবং প্রেসক্রিপশন ভালোভাবে বুঝে ওষুধ সরবরাহ নিশ্চিত করা। • ফার্মেসিতে থাকা ওষুধের মেয়াদ ও স্টক নিয়মিতভাবে পর্যবেক্ষণ করা ও প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা। • ঔষধের নাম, ডোজ, মেয়াদ ও পরিমাণ সঠিকভাবে মিলিয়ে প্রদান করা। • ERP Software ব্যবহার করে প্রেসক্রিপশন অনুযায়ী বিল তৈরি, সেলস এন্ট্রি ও ইনভয়েস প্রসেস করা। • ERP সিস্টেমে প্রতিদিনের বিক্রয়, ক্যাশ ও লেনদেন সঠিকভাবে আপডেট রাখা। • স্টক ইন/আউট, রিটার্ন, ট্রান্সফার ইত্যাদি ERP এ যথাযথভাবে এন্ট্রি করা। • ERP এর মাধ্যমে স্টক ব্যালেন্স, এক্সপায়ারি রিপোর্ট ও সেলস রিপোর্ট নিয়মিত মনিটর করা। • ফার্মেসির ওষুধের স্টক সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ, রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ও ফিজিক্যাল স্টকের সাথে ERP স্টকের মিল নিশ্চিত করা। • জরুরি পরিস্থিতিতে দ্রুত ও নির্ভুলভাবে ওষুধ সরবরাহ নিশ্চিত করা। • ফার্মেসির পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্নতা, শৃঙ্খলা ও স্বাস্থ্যবিধি বজায় রাখা। • ফার্মাসিউটিক্যাল পেশা সংক্রান্ত প্রযোজ্য আইন, নীতিমালা ও সরকারি বিধিমালা যথাযথভাবে অনুসরণ করা। • ক্রেতা ও রোগীদের সঙ্গে ভদ্র, শ্রদ্ধাশীল এবং পেশাদার আচরণ বজায় রাখা এবং সুসম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলা। • রোগী ও গ্রাহকদের সাথে সর্বদা ভদ্র, পেশাদার ও সহানুভূতিশীল আচরণ করা। • স্টক শর্টেজ, ওভারস্টক বা ERP ও ফিজিক্যাল স্টকের অসামঞ্জস্য বিষয়ে কর্তৃপক্ষকে অবহিত করা। • ফার্মাসিস্ট/ইন-চার্জ এর নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী সকল কার্যক্রম সম্পাদন করা।
