Responsibilities & Context

Gym Instructor Bangladesh Shooting Sport Federation (BSSF) Bangladesh Shooting Sport Federation (BSSF) is seeking a disciplined, energetic, and experienced professional to support the physical fitness, strength, conditioning, mobility, and overall physical preparedness of its athletes. Key Responsibilities • Develop and conduct structured gym and fitness training programs for athletes. • Design individualized exercise routines based on athletes’ fitness levels and performance requirements. • Conduct strength, endurance, flexibility, mobility, and conditioning sessions. • Monitor athletes’ physical progress and adjust training programs accordingly. • Ensure proper exercise techniques and safe use of gym equipment. • Work closely with coaches, physiotherapists, medical officers, and other sports support staff. • Support athlete conditioning programs during training camps and competitions. • Maintain athletes’ fitness assessment and training records. • Implement injury-prevention exercises in coordination with the physiotherapy team. • Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safe use of gym equipment. • Motivate athletes and maintain discipline during training sessions. • Prepare regular fitness and training progress reports. • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the appropriate authority.
