Responsibilities & Context

The Business Development Coordinator (BDC) leads and coordinates institutional funding and business development activities at country level, supporting the Bangladesh Country Team to strengthen its donor engagement, funding pipeline and proposal development. The role works closely with CBM Global’s federation-wide Institutional Funding function, Member Teams, Technical Teams, partners and OPDs to identify and secure funding opportunities aligned with the Country Strategy Plan and CBM Global’s priorities. Overall, the BDC will contribute to increasing and diversifying the Bangladesh country portfolio and supporting sustainable growth in institutional income. Reports to: the Country Director, with a functional/technical reporting line to the Director of Institutional Funding (Global). Contract Type: Fixed Term (2 years).
