Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities • Present the company’s ongoing Land Share Projects professionally to prospective clients. • Generate new Sales Leads and conduct regular follow-ups. • Handle client communication through Phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other channels. • Arrange and conduct Client Meetings and Site Visits. • Clearly explain project location, land share structure, payment plans, facilities, and future potential. • Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable projects. • Work towards achieving Sales Conversion and Monthly Sales Targets. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. • Handle and follow up promptly on leads generated through Facebook and other online marketing channels. • Prepare daily and weekly Sales & Marketing Reports. • Participate in Project Launches, Campaigns, Property Fairs, Seminars, and Promotional Activities.
