Aarong, the lifestyle brand of BRAC, has announced a large-scale recruitment drive to fill 500 Sales Associate positions. This is a full-time, customer-facing retail role, and selected candidates will be based at one of the brand's locations in Barishal, Bogura, Chattogram, Cox's Bazar, Cumilla, Dhaka (Savar), Dinajpur, Faridpur, Feni, Jashore (Jashore Sadar), Khulna, Kushtia, Noakhali, Rajshahi or Rangpur. The monthly salary for the position is BDT 10,000 to 12,000.
As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers on the shop floor. The role involves supporting customers as they browse and choose products, drawing on a solid understanding of each product's features, benefits and proper care instructions so that shoppers can make informed decisions. You will also be expected to apply sound selling techniques to convert customer interest into sales while keeping the shopping experience helpful and pleasant.
Alongside direct selling, the position carries day-to-day operational responsibilities, including counting and tracking inventory so that stock records remain accurate and the floor is well organised. The ideal candidate is comfortable interacting with a wide range of customers, attentive to detail, and able to balance service quality with sales targets in a busy retail environment.

গ্রাহকদের অভ্যর্থনা জানানো এবং তাদের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী পণ্য নির্বাচনে সহায়তা করা। পণ্যের বৈশিষ্ট্য সম্পর্কে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান এবং প্রয়োজনীয় পরামর্শ দেওয়া। পয়েন্ট অব সেলস সিস্টেমে লেনদেন সঠিকভাবে সম্পন্ন করা। গ্রাহকদের বিভিন্ন জিজ্ঞাসার উত্তর দেওয়া ও সমস্যার দ্রুত সমাধান করা। লক্ষ্য অর্জনে দলের অন্য সদস্যদের সঙ্গে সমন্বয় রেখে কাজ করা এবং ব্যাক স্টোর অপারেশন পরিচালনা করা।
