Meet credit collection targets on monthly and yearly basis as planned. • Recover outstanding amounts rightfully and monitor periodic collection reviews. • Guide the sales team to encourage customers to avail of credit as per the company credit policy. • Remind customers and issue letters for irregular payments and dues. • Maintain monthly recovery report regarding irregular/long pending clients. • Monitoring collection of monthly installments from the customers as per payment schedule. • Follow-up & check official letter, memo, notice, deed of agreement. • Assist to land registration process. • Carry out any other task assigned by the HOD/Management from time to time.
