Responsibilities & Context

Dreambird Tourism Network is seeking a skilled and responsible Computer Operator to handle Indian Visa Form Filling and Visa Application Processing at our office. Responsibilities include: accurately filling out Indian visa application forms online; verifying and entering client information from passports, NIDs, photos, and other documents; reviewing and correcting visa application data; maintaining client confidentiality; scanning, uploading, and organizing required documents; completing online appointments and application-related tasks; collecting necessary information and documents from clients; maintaining visa file status and records according to regulations; using computer, printer, scanner, and other office equipment; properly storing daily updates of visa files and applications; and assisting with other office and administrative tasks as needed.
