Overview
• Supervise VAT and Income Tax matters, TDS & VDS, government treasury deposit, submission of E-TDS return etc. • Maintain organized nancial records and documentation for audit and regulatory purposes & preserve all documents as per Acts and Rules. • Oversee all tax-related submissions including Salary/Personal Income Tax, Withholding Tax (TDS). • Prepare Tax & VAT audit reports and handle professional Tax & VAT authorities individually. • Handle banking correspondence and maintain relationships with banks. • Manage day-to-day accounting functions including regular cash & bank vouchers veri cation, accounts/cash book ledger and bank reconciliation, monthly closing of transactions, sales invoice & collection monitoring etc. • Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables collection and record keeping. • Verifying bills from raw material suppliers, packaging companies, and other vendors, and making payments on time. • Should have clear Knowledge over Income-tax Act, 2023, Value Added Tax Act and Rules, 1991, VAT and SD Act, 2012 and VAT & SD Rules, 2016, Customs Act, 1969 and related SRO. • Perform any other duties assigned by management as required
