Responsibilities & context
iFarmer, an agriculture-based information technology service provider, has announced recruitment for its Customer Experience Team. The organisation is hiring for the position of CEX Agent on a contractual, office-based basis, with 15 positions available. The role is based at the office in Gulshan-2, Dhaka, and the monthly salary range is BDT 15,000 to 18,000.
The selected candidates will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide customer service, and work with the CRM system. They must also work in accordance with the organisation's established rules and procedures and be skilled in promotional activities.
