Additional Requirements
Manage good and faulty parts returns from technicians for both OWN and TP service operations. • Collect, verify, and settle money receipts from OWN and TP technicians. • Distribute parts requisition-wise to OWN, TP, and Mobile technicians and maintain accurate inventory records. • Perform GRD transactions at CJ & GSPN and ensure timely system updates. • Handle direct parts sales to customers, including documentation and inventory adjustment. • Collect local parts requirements and manage local purchase/procurement of parts from the local market. • Create UPC shipments and prepare Delivery Challans for dispatch. • Check and verify job settlements against issued/returned parts and relevant documents. • Prepare and maintain PO Cancellation Reports. • Prepare regular and ad-hoc parts/store reports for the Service Manager and Admin Department. • Ensure proper audit preparation and documentation for both Internal and External Audits. • Manage DVM parts, including receiving, issuance, return, and inventory control. • Receive parts from BTSL, perform physical counting and verification, and properly settle parts in designated bins. • Maintain accurate stock, bin, parts movement, and settlement records and ensure compliance with company SOPs and store controls.
