Using CV Bazar

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering, whether by email or via Google/Facebook sign-in.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must be legally eligible to work in the jurisdictions where you apply for jobs.
• One account per person. Employer team accounts should be created through the employer workspace.

Acceptable use

• Job seekers must not submit false credentials or impersonate someone else.
• Employers must post genuine roles and may not use candidate data for anything beyond the hiring process it was submitted for.
• No scraping, spamming, reverse-engineering, or attempting to disrupt the platform.
• Content you post (CV details, job listings, messages) must not be unlawful, discriminatory, or misleading.

Your content

You retain ownership of the CV content, profile details, and messages you submit. By posting them on CV Bazar, you grant us permission to store and display that content to operate the platform — for example, showing your application to the employer you applied to.

Service availability

CV Bazar is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to keep the platform available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and job listings — including ones imported from other sources — may occasionally be outdated or removed by the original poster.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, including fraudulent job postings, fake profiles, or abusive behavior toward other users. You may stop using CV Bazar and request account deletion at any time — see our Data Deletion page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as CV Bazar evolves. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
